This is a short and practical course aimed at the home barista and coffee enthusiast. The course is 90 minutes long.
What You Will Learn
There is no prior experience required, we can assist in your new adventure of brewing coffee at home, or help to upgrade the skills you already possess. We will explore in depth two or three brew methods of your choice. These brew methods can be AeroPress, Chemex, Pour Over. Prior to the class we will contact you so that you can choose two or three brew methods - these can, however, be changed during the lesson if you change your mind or if you need some further advice.

We run our courses approximately once a week. Please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org to find out when the courses will be held next time. Courses are held at our roastery, Spissstrasse 1, 3920 Zermatt. We are also happy to provide training on-site at your restaurant, hotel, café, bar or chalet.
What Else You Need To Know
We advice you not to consume any caffeine before attending our courses as tasting will be an important part of your day at our roastery.
