From the moment coffee is planted, 'til it’s served, our coffee has gone through the hands of a number of individuals that are all remarkable experts within their field. Amongst others, this includes farmers, coffee pickers, traders and importers. We are at the very end of this line, and our job is to roast the coffee. We do this with precision and a great attention to detail in order to deliver you the perfect cup of coffee.

Marián is a 34-year-old hospitality professional trained under Michelin star chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton. He has devoted 14 years of his life to cooking. In the course of the last two years, Marián has put himself thorough education in roasting and brewing coffee. After having passed barista, brewista and roasting professional training courses recognised by the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe, Marián is now bringing his coffee knowledge and passion to the Swiss Alps with a chef approach in mind.
